How we check our guides
We examine the first five organic Google results for the topic in Armenia, read their content and check important facts against primary sources. An inaccessible result is recorded as a research gap. A search snippet does not count as a read article.
We keep research notes separately from the guide you read. After drafting, we recheck calculations, source claims and the boundary with neighbouring topics. English guides are adapted to their readers rather than assuming Russian citizenship or translating every Russian page automatically.
What a date means
“Sources checked” is the date of evidence review. It is different from a publication or revision date. Fixing a typo does not mean we have checked every price again.
Prices are examples, not a promise
A preserved listing shows what an advertiser said on the capture date. It does not prove that a home is still free, that its condition matches the photographs or that a transaction happened at that price. Hypothetical calculations are labelled and their assumptions are stated.
No invented personal experience
We write in a direct, conversational style without inventing a move, a viewing or a signed lease. Artistic illustrations are credited as AI-generated; documentary screenshots are labelled separately.
Where a general guide stops
A housing guide cannot review your individual contract or determine an immigration status. Legal drafting and personal disputes need qualified advice based on your documents. We have not been provided with a named legal reviewer or public editorial contact, and do not invent either.
